Seat was as-expected.
Only issue I encountered was that the old bolts had smooth (non-threaded) section that prevented fully tightening old hinges to seat - I recommend you get new fully-threaded bolts.

The seat fit perfect. The wood rotted in our seat and we wanted to replace the cushion and cover as well. We called to make sure we were getting the right one and the gentleman on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful. It arrived it good time. It took us 5 minutes to change out our hardware and arms and we were good to go. The colour and design in the cover is a perfect match for our ez go cart. Excellent overall experience.

I highly recommend this seat as a direct replacement not sure about the longevity of it but I rec'd mine and installed it today. It was a cinch to install and looks great with the same contours as the original except this one has a thick plywood base and is stapled instead of glued which are prone to come loose on the Precedent models. I also like that it has a plastic cap on the back like the original for a nice appearance. I was very happy with the quick delivery, good quality and reasonable price. I hope this review helps you. I recently stopped by my local upholstry shop and ask what they would charge to recover my seat. Their price was $ 160.00 plus tax, so when I bought this seat on line I figured I would have to attach a plywood base for the hand rail to bolt to. I was wrong! all I had to do was bolt the hand rail to it using the old bolts, the wood nuts were already in the seat base. The color was a perfect match to the seat back so I couldn't have been more pleased. The $ 105.00 plus tax and shipping was less thanthe estimate I got and I didn't have to drive the 30 miles round trip twice to town, it was delivered to my door in five days. I am very pleased with the product and the parts dealer. I wish they could help me find a oil dipstick for my KF 82 engine, I can't find one anywhere.
